FAQ

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Here at M.B. Entertainment, we always aim for the highest possible quality -
so a quote is only able to be given when the type of function, the time and location are known.

WILL YOU PLAY REQUESTS?
Absolutely! Since we aim to please, we will play any requests given before and on the night.
If you have any specific songs you would like played, we will be able to get them to play beforehand.

HOW CAN WE BOOK OR CONTACT YOU?
Simply go to the ‘contact’ page and use the information listed to contact us.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SET UP?
It generally takes up to an hour at most for us to set up and take down the equipment.
But if you request so, we can set up earlier in the day and leave the equipment until the function begins.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to change the date of your booking,
your previous deposit will be transferred to the new date.

WHAT IF OUR PARTY HAS A DRESS CODE?
If your event happens to have a dress code, then we shall stick to it,
be it anywhere between casual and black tie.

WHAT QUALITY OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
Our Equipment is of the highest calibre, providing crystal clear sound.
We do not rely on physical media, so any and all music is available to us.
